Ready Cash offspring score in France

In France the crop of 2015 is dominated by offspring of the stallion Ready Cash and trainer Philippe Allaire. On Saturday afternoon (Nov. 24) the two last prep races for the upcoming Criterium des 3 Ans was raced at Vincennes, The Prix Annick Dreux for fillies and the Prix Jacques de Vauloge for colts. Both raced over 2,700 meters or 1-11/16 miles.

In both races the first and second place finishers were sired by Ready Cash and trained by Philippe Allaire, and it was Yoann Lebourgeois or Eric Raffin, who was in the sulky.

In the filly division Fly With Us driven by Yoann Lebourgeois was a narrow winner over Fashion Queen driven by Eric Raffin, but in the colt’s division Raffin turned the tables and won driving Feliciano beating Lebourgeois driving Feeling Cash.

Ready Cash is by far the leading sire in France at this time.

At the sires list for 3-year old trotters Ready Cash is in front by three times more than number second, Timoko.
Ready Cash is over three million Euros, while Timoko is second with 963,000 Euros.

At Solvalla Propulsion driven by Ôrjan Kihlström couldn’t overcome at post position 12 in the second tier and had to settle for second behind Nadal Broline driven by Ulf Ohlsson and Zenit Brick driven by Mika Forss.

The main event, the Solvalla Grand Prix Final with a purse for the winner of $55.000 dollars was won by 23-1 shot Hard Times (sired by Coktail Jet) driven by Ulf Ohlsson. Hard Times enjoyed a pocket trip and found arcing room in the middle of the stretch and won by a nose over long leading Eldorado B driven by Hans-Owe Sundberg.
