A son of Muscle Hill, Bar Hopping 3,1:51.4 ($1,292,433) is standing his fourth season at Hanover Shoe Farms in Pennsylvania. Bar Hopping’s first crop of foals sold as yearlings in 2019 and averaged an incredible seven times his stud fee, with individual prices as high as $350,000, $185,000 and $175,000.

“Bar Hopping is a beautiful horse, he’s tall and long and very modern looking,” says Hanover’s Executive President Dr. Bridgette Jablonsky. “In my opinion, he’s one of the very best looking trotting stallions at stud today. He has a flawless gait, a superior pedigree and won several of the classics. His 2019 yearlings looked and acted special and sold accordingly. We are very excited to see his first crop race in 2020 and want to thank the breeders that have supported Bar Hopping in his first four years at stud.”
