Sacramento, CA – On Monday (March 23), the California Horse Racing Board announced that it has denied Watch and Wager LLC’s request to alter this week’s schedule at Cal Expo. Consequently, the planned Tuesday (March 24) and Wednesday (March 25) programs will be raced on Friday (March 27) and Saturday (March 28) as originally scheduled.

On Sunday (March 22), Watch and Wager LLC received conditional approval from the CHRB to move to a Tuesday and Wednesday schedule effective this week pending a legal review from the Board. That review resulted in the CHRB ruling on Monday denying the change.
