Celebrity Express and Global Republic S added in final week of auction

Edgerton, OH — The Defiance County (Ohio) Area Horsemen’s Association has added the two Ohio trotting stallions Celebrity Express (Andover Hall-D Train) and Global Republic S (Muscle Hill-Serene Yankee) to their list of stallions in the final week of their silent auction for free breedings. Both stallions provide their services at Crystal Springs Stables of Millersburg, Ohio.

Celebrity Express and Global Republic S join the Indiana trotting stallion Helpisontheway (Chapter Seven-Porque), the Indiana pacing stallions Lost In Time (A Rocknroll Dance-Summer Mystery) and Riggins (Art Major-Towner’s Image), the Illinois trotting stallion Dejarmbro (Credit Winner-Armbro Deja Vu), and the Ohio trotting stallions Expressive Action (Conway Hall-Yetta’s Angel) and Winning Fireworks (Credit Winner-Fireworks Hanover) in the auction.

Bids on all stallions close at 5 p.m. on Saturday (April 4). At that time, the person with the second-highest bid will have the opportunity to raise his or her bid. The bidding will continue between the two highest bidders until one drops out.

The winning bidder on each stallion must pay the Defiance County Area Horsemen’s Association 10 percent of the winning bid or $100, whichever is greater, before the mare is bred. The winning bidder must pay the Association the balance of the winning bid when the mare foals in 2021.

Bids on all stallions may be phoned to Bill Peters at 419.298.7408 or e-mailed to trudypeters@williams-net.com.

Any breedings not receiving successful bids by 5 p.m. on April 4 may still be available after that date.
