Columbus, OH — According to a press release issued by Churchill Downs Inc. and Keeneland Association Inc. on Friday (Nov. 16), the two organizations were granted a racing license by the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission (KHRC) to conduct 12 live Standardbred race dates beginning in October 2019. These events will take place at a proposed racing venue proposed to be constructed in Oak Grove, Ky.
