Harrisburg, PA — For the second year in a row, Ray Cotolo (of North American Harness Update) is calling two full racing programs on Friday (Aug. 30) and Saturday (Aug. 31) at the Woodstock/Shenandoah County Fair in Virginia where harness racing is the feature.
