Celina, OH — De Niro G strolled to his seventh straight Signature Series win at the Allen County Fair in Lima, Ohio in the Allen County Super Trot. With the win De Niro G now has a 25 point lead over Mac Port, who did not race at Lima.

De Niro G (9, g, Shane Scottseth-Sintha Asmara-Niton), driven by Kevin Hough and owned by Dein Spriggs, won in a time of 2:02.2 over 2005 SS Trot Champ That’s George, who was making his first SS start of the year.

The Super Trot was scheduled to be run on Thursday, but due to the heavy rain in northwest Ohio it was rescheduled to Friday afternoon.

Next up for the Signature Series is the Montgomery County Fair in Dayton, Ohio, on August 29 and 30.
