DiDomenico triples at Harrah’s Philadelphia

Chester, PA – Trainer Scott DiDomenico took top honors on the Sunday (Nov. 1) program at Harrah’s Philadelphia, with his stable accounting for three of the afternoon’s 13 winners.

DiDomenico and driver Tim Tetrick teamed up to sweep the early daily double with Revelry ($4.20, 1:51.3) and Hey Run Me Over ($5.80, 1:54.1) before also claiming the finale with Sweet Beach ($3.40, 1:52.4).

The afternoon’s featured upper-level conditioned pace saw Semi Tough ($11.00) sustain an uncovered push through the far turn to reel in pacesetting favorite Bettor Memories by a half length in 1:50.4. Yannick Gingras drove the 4-year-old Somebeachsomewhere gelding to victory for trainer Ron Burke and the partnership of the Burke Racing Stable, Frank Baldachino, J&T Silva-Purnel & Libby and Weaver Bruscemi.

Racing returns to Harrah’s Philadelphia with 14-race program on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons (Nov. 4-5) at 12:25 p.m. EST. The Friday (Nov. 6) card will begin at 2:05 p.m. EST.
