Don’t Let’Em to stand stud in Indiana at Ivy Lane Farm

Toledo, OH — Brittany Farms LLC, Christina Takter, John Fielding and Herb Liverman are pleased to announce that Don’t Let’Em (Muscle Hill-Passageway-Angus Hall) 2,1:51.4; 3,1:50.2 ($605,083) will stand his first season at stud in Indiana at Ivy Lane Farm.

Trained at two by Jimmy Takter and at three and four by Nancy Takter, Don’t Let’Em showcased extreme early speed at two when he established a stakes and track record on Hambletonian Day in 1:51.4 in winning the prestigious $422,350 Peter Haughton Memorial by open lengths, defeating the likes of Greenshoe and Green Manalishi S. He went on that year to earn $238,617 in a very successful freshman campaign.

Don’t Let’Em continued his success at three, winning the Reynolds Memorial in a lifetime best 1:50.2. After finishing a fast closing second in the $450,000 Kentucky Futurity, he overpowered a strong field, setting a new track record in the process, in winning the $220,000 Carl Erskine Memorial at Hoosier Park in 1:51.4.

Don’t Let’Em’s dam, Passageway, hails from royal bloodlines. She is the great-granddaughter of the classic foundation mare Winky’s Gill, which represents one of the finest maternal trotting bloodlines the sport has to offer.

Don’t Let’Em will stand his inaugural season at a very attractive service fee of $3,500 and will be syndicated.
