Dr. Thomas Tobin on Lasix ban

Columbus, OH — The health and welfare of the racehorse should be the first and primary consideration whenever racing legislation is debated. Dr. Thomas Tobin of the University of Kentucky’s Gluck Research Center recently penned an op/ed on Lasix that appeared in the Troy (NY) Record that perfectly capsulizes why the proposed Horse Racing Integrity Act should not move forward as it is currently written.
