Family Fun Holiday Workshop with Santa at Harness Racing Hall of Fame

Goshen, NY — The jingle jangle of horse bells have been associated with the chill of winter for so long that they came to be known as sleigh bells. This season, hear the sleigh bells ringing at the Harness Racing Museum & Hall of Fame, located at 240 Main Street, Goshen, NY on Saturday (Dec. 14), from 11:00 am – 12:30 pm.

Join Santa for a photo in a one-horse open sleigh, play games and enjoy craft time making ornaments of the Grinch, Christmas trees, holiday horses and fancy paper snowflakes. Every child will receive a free holiday character toy. The whole family will enjoy sweet treats and a ride on the Museum’s harness racing 3D Simulator. Children are $5, parents are free. Supplies are limited and will be distributed on a first-come-first-served basis.

Programs are made possible with support from the United States Trotting Association and the Agriculture & New York State Horse Breeding Development Fund.  For further information on the Museum’s educational workshops or children’s birthday parties, please contact the Education Department (845) 294-6330 or email education@harnessmuseum.com.
