The effort continued at Harrah’s Philadelphia on Sunday (July 28), in conjunction with the popular Family Fun Day, where kids enjoyed face paintings, balloon artists, and bouncy houses.

The Empire Of Hope Program worked in cooperation with the Standardbred Transition Alliance, which accredits programs serving Standardbreds seeking placement outside traditional commercial uses, and also serves as a conduit for partial funding to those groups.
