Sacramento, CA — Beginning Friday, June 26, and Saturday, June 27, Cal-Expo will be adding some spice to the Late Pick-4 on Fridays and the Super High-5 on Saturdays.

Beginning Friday, June 26, Cal-Expo will have a guaranteed pool of $10,000 for the Late Pick-4 on Friday nights until the end of the spring-summer meet.

Additionally, there will also be a guaranteed pool of $10,000 for the Super High-5 (Pentafecta) on Saturday nights until the end of the spring-summer meet.

“As we wind down the current meet, we thought we would try some things that have worked well for others in the past,” said Dave Elliott, Assistant General Manager & Director of Racing at Cal-Expo. “Our fans have the opportunity to look at “guaranteed money” in two of our most successful wagers and we are excited to give it a go. Hopefully, it will be received well. If it is, of course we will look at increasing the guarantees for the fall meet.”
