Harrah’s Hoosier Park announces $10,000 guaranteed Pick-4 for Tuesday

Anderson, IN — Harrah’s Hoosier Park Racing & Casino has announced a $10,000 guaranteed Pick-4 sequence when live racing resumes on Tuesday (June 18).

The Pick-4 sequence went unsolved on Saturday as a number of longshots prevailed over the sloppy racing surface including Rockin N Runnin with driver/trainer Ross Leonard, who turned in a gutsy performance to capture the $20,000 Bill Thompson final at odds of 40-1.

A $1,584.42 carryover will kick-start the $10,000 guaranteed pool set for Tuesday.

In partnership with the United States Trotting Association Strategic Wagering program and the Indiana Standardbred Association, Harrah’s Hoosier Park will offer this signature wager for Tuesday’s 12-race card.

A field of eight 3-year-old filly trotters in a $12,500 Indiana Sires Stakes eligible event will highlight the evening’s racing action. Indiana Sires Stakes action will return to Harrah’s Hoosier Park next week with the second round of stakes for the 3-year-old competitors.

The Pick-4 begins in the third race and will continue through the sixth race. Approximate post time for the first leg of the wager, the third race, is 7:06 p.m. (EDT). Free past performances for the Pick-4 will be available on the United States Trotting Association website. Expert selections and handicapping tools are also available on Hoosier Park’s website and the United States Trotting Association’s website.

Live racing at Harrah’s Hoosier Park Racing & Casino will follow a Tuesday through Saturday schedule and be conducted through Nov. 9. For more information on the upcoming entertainment and live racing schedule, please visit www.harrahshoosierpark.com.
