Chester, PA – Harrah’s Philadelphia has canceled the qualifying races scheduled for Tuesday morning (Aug. 4) due to inclement weather forecast for greater Philadelphia.

Horsemen are advised that the draw for Friday’s (Aug. 7) program will occur as scheduled, with entries due to the race office no later than 9 a.m. Tuesday.
