Chester, PA – Horsemen are advised that this week’s qualifiers at Harrah’s Philadelphia have been moved from their usual Tuesday morning (Nov. 10) slot to Wednesday (Nov. 11).

The qualifiers will take place before the 12-race pari-mutuel card, beginning at 11:15 a.m. EST.
