Chester, PA – Horsemen are advised that this week’s qualifiers at Harrah’s Philadelphia have been moved from their usual Tuesday morning (Nov. 12) slot to Wednesday (Nov. 13).

The qualifiers will once again take place before the pari-mutuel card, beginning at 11:15 a.m. EST.
