Hillbilly Kisses joined a three-ply battle for the early lead before settling in third. When Mike Wilder tipped her off the cones, the 4-year-old daughter of Rusty’s For Real and Carlotta cleared swiftly and went on to triumph in 1:52.2, matching her career best. Just Zip It rallied for second at 57-1, beaten a length, with Amelia’s Courage A third.

Charlie Myers trains Hillbilly Kisses, who lifted her lifetime bankroll to $140,955, for owners Randy Stevenson and Theodora Stevenson.

Wilder continued on his recent tear at The Meadows with five wins, giving him 17 over the last four programs. Ronnie Wrenn Jr. enjoyed a triple on the 12-race card.

Live racing at The Meadows continues Wednesday (Oct. 20), when the 13-race program features a $56,763.52 carryover in the final-race Super Hi-5. First post is 12:45 p.m.
