Columbus, OH — Horse owner and Fazoli’s President and CEO Carl Howard spoke with U.S. Trotting Association Social Media and Publicity Coordinator Wendy Ross on Monday (April 6) in a remote interview about the challenges facing horsemen and businesses during the current coronavirus pandemic.

Howard, who has become very familiar with many important elements of the federal stimulus legislation for his regular job as the head of a national company with 216 restaurants in 27 different states, shares valuable knowledge that can be very useful for horsemen facing the challenges of current conditions with all racing in the U.S. cancelled.
