Dayton, OH – Driver Jason Brewer scored his 4,000th lifetime victory on Monday (Sept. 27) at Hollywood Dayton Raceway. The 43-year-old reinsman went start to finish in front with the trotter Delilah Seelster in the 10th race, topping Mission Voyage (Brady Galliers) by a head. Big Bad Caviar (Tyler Smith) crossed the line in third.
Brewer started his driving career in earnest in 1996, notching 46 wins in his first full season. He scored over 100 wins for six straight years from 2003 to 2018 with a high water mark of 505 triumphs in 2007. Horses guided by Brewer earned over a million dollars in 15 straight years, topped by a pair of $3 million plus campaigns in 2007 and 2008.
