Jessiejesorjessica wins 13th this year in Meadows co-feature

Washington, PA — Pinned to the pylons into the final turn, Jessiejesorjessica found wide racing room and captured her 13th win this year in Tuesday’s (Nov. 10) co-feature at The Meadows, a $10,400 fillies and mares conditioned trot.

When Dave Palone swung her wide for the drive, the 4-year-old daughter of Justice Hall and Ziggy Wiggy had only open racetrack and tiring trotters in front of her. She scored in a career best 1:54, with Kellie’s MVP and Petey Sarah second and third, respectively.

Shawn Johnston trains Jessiejesorjessica, who lifted her lifetime bankroll to $108,678, for Gina Young. It was one of three wins for Palone on the 13-race card.

In Tuesday’s other co-feature, a $10,400 fillies and mares conditioned pace, Always Giggling followed much the same route to victory, brushing wide through the stretch to score in 1:52.3 for Jim Pantaleano, trainer Sarah Andrews and owner Jeff Fought Racing. The 6-year-old daughter of Always A Virgin and Giggles The Clown now boasts a career bankroll of $493,594.

Live racing at The Meadows continues Wednesday (Nov. 11); first post is 12:45 p.m.
