Orebro, SE — Finish top driver, 63-year-old Jorma Kontio won race number 11,000 Thursday (Dec. 12) at the track in ôrebro, Sweden.

And not only did Kontio get victory number 11,000, but he also took number 11,001 on the card, before he drove north to race at the Romme track in the evening

At Romme, he won the first two races and third one later on the card.

Jorma Kontio won his first race in 1966 at 13-years-old.

For many years he was the leading driver in his native country, Finland, but in 2001 he moved to Sweden, where he lives.

In Europe, only German Heinz Wewering has won more races than Jorma Kontio.
