Kentucky Sire Stake action

Lexington, KY – Three-year-old pacers were in action for Sunday’s (Aug 23) Kentucky Sire Stakes at The Red Mile.
Caliber with driver David Miller left quickly out of the gate to take control and drew off to win by two lengths in a lifetime best 1:48.4, with a last quarter in :26. The 3-year-old gelding by Sweet Lou – Allstar Rating is owned by Diamond Creek Racing and is trained by Ron Burke.

For the 3-year-old fillies, Baby Your The Best was much the best winning by over nine lengths in 1:50.1, giving driver David Miller the sweep of the 3-year-old pacing divisions. The Captaintreacherous – Dolphins Can Talk filly earned a new lifetime mark with her victory for owners Richard & Joanne Young and trainer Linda Toscano.
