Columbus, OH — Applications for the 2020 USTA Matching Funds Grant program for fairs are available at fairs.ustrotting.com. The deadline to apply is May 1.

The USTA will cover half, up to $1,000, of a selected applicant’s marketing budget to support promotion of harness racing at the county fair level.

Along with the application, interested parties can look at examples of winning proposals and other idea starters.

Since its inception in 2006, the program has awarded funding to 92 different fairs and horsemen’s groups.
