East Rutherford, NJ — Due to heavy snowfall and poor driving conditions, the Meadowlands Racetrack and Winners Bayonne OTW will have an early closing time of 8:30 p.m. on Thursday (Nov. 15).

Normal operations are expected to resume on Friday (Nov. 16).
