Monticello, NY — Monticello Raceway Race Secretary Eric Warner announced today the purses at Monticello Raceway have been increased 15 percent on this week’s condition sheet.

According to Warner, “We are hopeful that this will attract more horses. In addition to the purse increase we also changed some conditions to reflect purse increase.”

The increase will go into effect for horses racing on Monday (Feb. 24).
