Schenectady, NY — The Agriculture & New York State Horse Breeding Development Fund has announced a date change within the New York Sire Stakes County Fair series. Participants should mark their calendars accordingly.

The Owego (Tioga County) Fair event originally scheduled for Sunday (Aug. 8) is now taking place on Monday (Aug. 9). Post time is scheduled for noon. The draw date of Wednesday (Aug. 4) does not change.

Additionally, a reminder that all County Fair finals entries will go through the New York Fair Entry Hotline at 518.388.0964.
