Bolero Love won the Prix de Selection followed by Amiral Sacha.

Nivard — who is the regular driver behind Bold Eagle — won the last big group race, Prix de Selection, driving Guarato-trained Bolero Love and underlined his position as the leading driver during the Winter meeting.

Nivard won 61 races from 433 starts, while the defending champion Jean Michel Bazire had to settle for second, driving 51 winners from 370 races.

Besides winning in the sulky, Nivard also won 13 under saddle-races.

Guarato became the leading trainer as his stable won 43 races from 270 starts and had earnings of 3.5 million Euros.

Besides the victory with Bolero Love in the Prix de Selection, Guarato also sent out Ustinof du Vivier, driven by Mathieu Abrivard, to a win in the Gran Prix de l’Union Europenne on the last day of the meeting.

The winner of the Prix d’Amerique, Bold Eagle earned 946,000 Euros during the Winter meeting and to no surprise his sire, Ready Cash, became the champion sire with 43 wins and offspring’s earnings of 2.8 million Euro.
