Berlin, MD — Ocean Downs management has announced that the post times for the race programs on Thursday (July 16) and Friday (July 17) have been changed to 5:15 p.m. due to backstretch electrical issues.

Horsemen racing on those two affected programs are asked to make the adjustment and arrive one hour earlier. Also horses on Lasix still need to follow the four hour window so please arrive early.
