The group is well experienced in demonstrations at Equine Affaire, Breyerfest and Weekend Breed Demos at the Kentucky Horse Park. Ohio Standardbreds & Friends will host The Standardbred Classic Show Series at Eden Park in Sunbury, Ohio on May 24-26, Sept. 6-8 and Oct. 4-6. Included will be open classes for all breeds in addition to the Standardbred only classes. The October show will also include specific classes for Standardbreds that qualify for the New Vocations Retrained & Remarkable Challenge awards.

A group of 15 riders/drivers will head to Breyerfest 2019 on July 11 for three days of demonstrations. This is year No. 30 for the event. The theme this year is “Salute to Horse Heroes.” I can think of many Standardbreds that are heroes both on and off the track can’t you?

We will end our year of demonstrations with a Breeds Weekend at the beautiful Kentucky Horse Park Oct. 11-13 where you will find youth and adults alike in costume promoting this wonderful breed.

We are always looking for additional talented riders and Standardbreds to join us as we promote the Standardbred so please contact us for information. If you would like to sponsor a class or division at any of our shows please contact Debbie.Schiff@PickawayRoss.com for information on how you can do that.

Our goal has been and will continue to be the promotion of the Standardbred as a willing, talented and versatile horse before, during and after their racing careers.
