Online auction site launched for Kopas Roast

Campbellville, ON — The auction Web site for the Jack Kopas Roast, to benefit the Ontario Standardbred Adoption Society, is now live.

A wide variety of auction items are available to be purchased online from today, October 17, to next Wednesday, October 24, at 12:00 noon. The roast, which features speakers such as Hall of Famers John Campbell, Bill O’Donnell and Ron Waples, takes place at Western Fair Raceway on Tuesday, October 23.

In addition to the auction items online, there will also be a wide variety of items available for purchase during a silent auction to be conducted and closed at the event.

Among the items available for purchase online are:

• Breedings to Canada’s leading trotting sires — Angus Hall and Striking Sahbra
• Featherlite 3 horse gooseneck trailer (valued at over $20,000)
• Breeding to Camotion
• Two Quickhitch harnesses
• $250 Freelton Feeds Gift Certificate

Note that in order to place a bid, you must first register, which allows you to return as often as you like to check the item(s) you’re interested in and to see what new items have been added.
