Meadowlands Pick-4, Races 8-11, Saturday, June 29, 2019

Minus $20 Friday night; it looked tricky and it was. I had the winner of races 8, 9, 10 on top but missed race 11. Meet record, 50 Pick-4s, two winners at $107.50 and $27.50, minus $822.50.

Tonight’s tickets: 50-cent play: 56/3/6/1238 = $4
50-cent play: 2568/378/46/1238 = $48

Analysis:

Race 8: My top pick, (6) JK Parlay, had a brutal trip last week and is the one to beat here as he drops. (5) Here Comes William also drops and has a shot. These are the two best in my opinion but on another ticket, I also used (2) Quality Bud and (8) Wise Image, who are contenders.

Race 9: (3) Music Is Art drops and although he lacked a rally last week, that race went much faster than this one is likely to go. I’m also using (7) Seel The Deal N off his sharp win at Tioga, and (8) Big Stretch Mark, who has tactical speed.

Race 10: (6) Sweet Rock could be a good single here as he was first over pushing a hot pace at this level in last and he raced well. But (4) Wheels On Fire set the pace and dueled with Sweet Rock and also held well and the track was favoring closers.

Race 11: This seems like the toughest race of the sequence. I used all four of my listed contenders, 1, 2, 3, 8.
