Plainville, MA — All trainers planning to race at Plainridge Park must submit the following paperwork prior to entering for qualifiers and overnight races.

1. Negative Coggins test dated in 2020
2. Health Certificate within 30 days of transport with Plainridge Park as destination
3. EHV-1 vaccination for 2020

Paperwork will not be accepted on the day of the race.
