Washington Court House, OH — The Ohio Colt Racing Association is proud to announce that the Dr. H.M. Parshall Memorial Stakes is poised to hit a new pinnacle as it closes in on the six-figure mark for total purses to be raced for this year on Aug. 25 at the Darke County Fair.

With nominations received this spring and projected starters for 2022, the Parshall Stakes is likely to show a 64 percent increase from pre-pandemic purses until now.

Yearling nominations remain at $15, which makes a very affordable and attractive engagement for breeders to nominate to in order to enhance the value of their yearling sale consignments.

Yearling nominations are due May 15 (postmarked no later than May 16) for 2022 and nomination forms can be found at www.ohiocoltracing.com by selecting the Parshall tab.
