Columbus, OH — Perry Edward Lambert, 62, of Lebanon, Ohio, died Oct. 20, 2021, at Sycamore Hospital in Miamisburg, Ohio.

Born April 4, 1959, in Middletown, Ohio, he was the son of Joseph and Alice Marie (nee Tinch) and was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather.

Mr. Lambert was a graduate of Franklin High School and had retired from Station Hill where he worked in maintenance.

He was a member of the USTA and enjoyed harness racing, fishing, watching the Cincinnati Reds and coon and deer hunting.

Mr. Lambert is survived by his loving wife, Kari Anne (nee Carlson); children, Joseph (Marie), Amanda Goodson, Jodie Clark, Jamie (Jeremy) Wilcox, Jimi Reamer and Lauren (Cody) Huffman; 16 grandchildren; and many other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.

The family will receive friends Monday (Oct. 25) from 11 a.m. until time of funeral service at 12:30 p.m. at the Stine Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Springboro Cemetery.
