Chester, Pa – The Pennsylvania Harness Horsemen’s Association (PHHA) is pleased to announce the results of the 2019 Board of Directors Election.

Directors elected include: Steven Cook, Louis A. DiTullio, Jake Hartline, William T. Mullin, and Todd Schadel.

The PHHA thanks all those individuals who ran during the 2019 election and those that participated in the voting process.
