Wilkes-Barre, PA — The Pennsylvania Harness Horsemen’s Association is offering free past performances for The Downs at Mohegan Sun Pocono this weekend — Saturday, Feb. 20, first post -12:30 p.m. and Sunday (Feb. 21) – first post – 5 p.m. post, and Monday (Feb. 22 – first post – 12:30 p.m.) and moving forward throughout the entire racing season.
