Prix d’Amerique winner Belina Josselyn sidelined

Vincennes, FR — The French trotting ballerina, Belina Josselyn is sidelined with a small fracture and will be out for a few months.  

She will return to racing later in the year and will aim for the Winter Meeting at Vincennes starting in November.

Bold Eagle, who disappointed last Sunday at Cagnes Sur Mer, was found to have an infection in his lungs and will be kept in training. He could return to action already on April the 20th in the Prix de l’Atlantique at Enghien, Paris, France.

So far three trotters, Readly Express, Propulsion and Dijon have been invited to race in the Olympic Trot at Aby in Sweden on April the 26thThe Olympic Trot is the first big international race of the year in Sweden.

According to the Italian website, gaet.it, Sam Stathis, Celebrity Farm will ship the 6-year old mare, Celebrity Eventsy to Italy to race in the prestigious Gran Premio Lotteria at the Agnano Track in Naples on May the 1st.

 The worlds best trotting gelding, French Aubrion du Gers returned to action Friday afternoon at Caen, Normandy and won very easy for trainer/driver Jean Michel Bazire. This was win number 12 in a row.
