Yonkers, NY — To all owners and trainers: The procedure as far as the SOA of NY has learned is that commencing April 29 and continuing on April 30 and May 1, the trainers currently in possession of any and all horses requiring hair follicle testing must call this number (845.794.5061) after 9 a.m. on the dates indicated above if they intend to bring horses to Monticello Raceway to have hair samples drawn.

Most likely the following week is when you will get an appointment, perhaps on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.

Out of state people may have to contact Dr. Scott Palmer as indicated on the Directive, which may be read at this link.
