Propulsion is an easy winner

Propulsion, driven by Ôrjan Kihlström, wrote a new chapter in harness racing Saturday night (June 15), as the 8-year-old Muscle Hill son was an easy winner of the Swedish stake race, Norrbottens Great Prize, for the fourth time in a row.

The race, which had a purse for the winner of $105,000, became a very easy task for Propulsion, who was in command the whole way and won in a hand drive from Kihlström in 1:55.2f (mile rate).

The second favorite, Make the Mark with Ulf Ohlsson, was never a danger for Propulsion and finished second, beaten by two lengths.

This was the 27th victory for Propulsion from Daniel Redén’s training in Sweden and his winnings since his export to Sweden are at $2.8 million — and still counting.
