Rivers broke his maiden in the first colt division, winning in 1:57 and winning by 2-1/4 lengths after trotting a :28.3 last quarter for driver Corey Callahan over Harrington final winner LG’s Reed O Wen (Jim Morand) and American Hit (Kim Vincent). Nick Callahan trains the Anders Bluestone-Stargazer Lily gelding, whom Nancy Miller bred, for Stuart Chambers Racing, BCJM Inc., Divine Horse Racing and Cinbrew Enterprises LLC.

Brenda Teague’s homebred colt Tua (Kodak Lindy-Cecada) won the second non-wagering event, scoring in 2:01.1 in line to Montrell Teague. Big Daddy D (Carlo Poliseno) was second, followed by Wolfpack Russ (Callahan).

Miss Timberwolf won the first half of the daily double — the first filly division — in 2:01.4 for driver Kim Vincent and trainer Amber Tucker. Tucker’s grandfather, Bobby Myers, owns the Anders Bluestone-Photosinfulsis filly, whom Ed Coblentz bred. Franky Doyle (Pat Berry) was second; third went to Shes All Woman (Jared Moyer).

The second half of the double was the other filly division, which was won by Our Last Penny in 2:02.1 for breeder-trainer-driver Rod Allen. The CR Commando filly, the last foal out of CR Penny Lane, defeated KJ Stolen Diamond (Victor Kirby) and Larimar (Allan Davis).

The final colt and gelding division went to Text Command (CR Commando-Call Me Hazel) and driver Tim Tetrick in 2:01.3 over Canoe Trip (Davis) and Brief Legacy (Russell Foster). Steve LeBlanc trains the Winbak Farm-bred son of CR Commando and Call Me Hazel for owners LeBlanc Racing, Doug Johnson and Glenn Dyke.

The first DSBF leg for 2-year old pacing fillies will take place Wednesday (Nov. 10). Post time is 4:30 p.m.
