Manalapan, NJ — The SBOANJ would like to remind everyone that a W9 must be on file in order to receive rebates administered by the SBOANJ.

These include breeders awards, stallion rebates and mare resident rebates.

If you submitted an application last year for the stallion rebate, you must supply proof of stud fee payment to the SBOANJ office by Aug. 31.

If you submitted a mare resident application, you must supply proof of foaling location via USTA records by Oct. 31.

The 2019 rebate applications are also due no later than Oct. 31.
