Jefferson, WI – Racer Placers, a Standardbred Transition Alliance accredited agency, is seeking a specific type of Standardbred for an approved adopter.

The adopter, an experienced Standardbred owner and retired veterinarian, would like to adopt a 16-hand trotting gelding or possibly a mare, no older than 12, for training and competition in combined driving. Color is not a factor, but the horse must be 16 hands in order to fit in existing customized equipment made for a now retired Standardbred.

The adopter is in Ocala, Florida, so a horse in the southeast is preferred, but others will be considered. This is a lifetime, secure home providing outstanding training and care.
