Kingston, OH — Breyerfest 2017 will begin on Friday (July 14) and run through Sunday (July 16) at the Kentucky Horse Park.

Ohio Standardbreds & Friends will be representing the breed with 13 Standardbreds. They will participate in three days of demos in front of thousands of spectators.

Standardbreds attending are Heavy Metal Thunder in harness; Stud’s Hooligan–jumping; Investor and Today’s Success–Eventing; Metro’s Escape–Showmanship; Moonlight Fantasy–Western Dressage; Lace N Ribbons–Classical Dressage; Silver Match–Saddleseat; Fox Valley Lee–Western 3-gait; No Damage A–Trail; Allamerican Legacy–English Pleasure; Powerlifter–Gaited Western Pleasure; and Café Bar–Sidesaddle.

This is the third year that Ohio Standardbreds & Friends has been invited to participate in the breed demos with Breyerfest. Riders and handlers are excited to be able to showcase the many talents of the beautiful, versatile Standardbred.

If you have never been to Breyerfest the one thing that makes the biggest impression on all of us is the fact that there are thousands of people there and so many that we get to visit with have never even touched a real horse! What better first experience than for it to be a Standardbred that they fall in love with!

Nine of the 13 horses attending have been adopted through New Vocations Racehorse Adoption Program and OSAF thanks them for their continued support as we promote the breed.
