Grove City, OH — The USTA and the Ohio Harness Horsemen’s Association will be offering a Continuing Education Racing Officials Accreditation Program (ROAP) starting at 8 a.m. on Saturday (Oct. 19) at Dayton Raceway.

Starter Mike Woebkenberg will be leading the meeting which will include, but not limited to, the following topics:

1. Speed Office
2. Scratches/Driver Changes
3. Track Safety – Canceling a racing program
4. Video replays
5. Crisis communication with the media

Any fair officials, speed superintendents, fair board members or interested parties are encouraged to attend.

We will meet in the lower grandstand area and lunch will be provided.
