USTA ID technician to West Virginia

Columbus, OH — USTA ID technician Jim Shupe will be available at the West Virginia State Fair and the surrounding areas from Sunday (Aug. 11) until Friday (Aug. 16).

As part of the racing program, the ID technician will be available to microchip all horses racing that week and may be available for local farm visits if scheduling permits.

If you have a horse not racing at the West Virginia State Fair and would like them microchipped, call Jim at 609.517.1170. Horses of all ages can be done at this time, but priority will be given to racehorses.

We encourage those of you in close proximity to take advantage of this opportunity. All horses that plan on racing beginning on Jan. 1, 2021 must be microchipped prior to racing.
