Whataworkout to stand at Dupuis Farm

Saco, ME — The well bred and beautifully conformed Whataworkout 4,1:52.4 ($75,705), a son of Muscle Hill–Southwind Sofia–Chocolatier will stand stud at Dupuis Farm in 2021 in conjunction with his owner, Lindy Farms.

Sold as a yearling for $155,000, Whataworkout is the first foal of Southwind Sofia, a half-sister to Breeders Crown winner Southwind Serena ($385,088), the dam of $1.59 million winner Mission Brief 2,1:50.3; 3,1:50.2f ($1,599,587) and Tactical Landing 2,Q1:56; 3,1:50.2 ($812,300).

Whataworkout displayed talent during his limited racing career which saw him notch victories in the Valley Victory elimination and a Kindergarten Stake leg as a 2-year-old. He only made two starts at three, which included a 1:54.3 victory at The Meadowlands.  At four he earned his life mark of 1:52.4 at The Meadowlands after finishing second by a neck in a leg of the Graduate series at Tioga.

His career was brought to a premature end due to a racing injury.

A beautiful horse, Whataworkout’s sire is Muscle Hill who continues to be the leading trotting sire in North America.

Whataworkout’s fee will be $2,000.

His oldest foals were 2-year-olds in 2020.
