Always A Prince, Southwind Amazon and Spicey Victor are the seasonal leaders with 19 victories apiece.

Windsong Leo released the parked-out Phoenix Warrior N past the quarter but was the stronger horse in the lane, downing his rival by half a length for Dave Palone. The first-over Anythingforlove A finished third.

Ron Burke trains Windsong Leo, a 6-year-old Jereme’s Jet-Windsong Goldie gelding who now boasts $388,650 in career earnings, for Burke Racing Stable, Weaver Bruscemi LLC and Phillip Collura.

Burke enjoyed a five-bagger on the 13-race card while Aaron Merriman, Mike Wilder and Palone each fashioned a triple.
