Milton, ON — Woodbine Mohawk Park would like to issue a final reminder to horsepeople of Monday’s (Dec. 3) deadline for Winter Series nominations.

The Niagara Series and Valedictory Series start next week and conclude on Boxing Day (Dec. 26). The Blizzard Series and Snowshoe Series begin in mid-January and will wrap up on Feb. 1. Each series consists of two C$17,000 preliminary legs and a C$30,000 added final. The nomination fee for each series is C$200 (US$160.

The conditions and dates for each series are listed below:

Niagara Series (Dec. 13, 20, 26)

Three-Year-Old Pacing Fillies in 2018, non-winners of C$60,000 lifetime as of midnight, Oct. 31. No allowances.

Valedictory Series (Dec. 10, 17, 26)

Three-Year-Old Pacing Colts & Geldings in 2018, non-winners of C$60,000 lifetime as of midnight, Oct. 31. No allowances.

Blizzard Series (Jan. 17, 24, Feb. 1)

Three & Four-Year-Old Pacing Fillies & Mares in 2019, non-winners of two races or C$30,000 lifetime as of midnight, Oct. 31. No allowances.

Snowshoe Series (Jan. 18, 25, Feb. 1)

Three & Four-Year-Old Pacing Colts, Horses & Geldings in 2019, non-winners of two races or C$30,000 lifetime as of midnight, Oct. 31. No allowances.
