Ft. Washington, MD — Allan Davis and Russell Foster won three races, and Kim Vincent and Rock N Roll Jet sizzled to victory in the $10,000 Open Handicap on Sunday night (March 4) at Rosecroft Raceway in 1:51.3.
The 9-year old son of Rocknroll Hanover returned $25.00 for his backers for trainer Buddy Bright who co-owns with Dawn Webb. Vincent sent the winner first over and nailed the pacesetter Too Darn Hot (Davis) who held for third, while Kiss A Dragon (Foster) was second again this week.
Vincent won twice on the night, also getting his picture taken with Tigers Too Good ($7.80).
Davis won with Jereme’s General ($35.20), Extreme Machine N ($3.60) and Hruby’s N Luck ($6.40). Foster won with Baby Kitty ($2.60), Bunkndunk ($12.60) and Riggy ($6.00). Ricky Still had a double with Major Bluecoat ($16.80) and Fashion Smile ($6.20).
On Wednesday night (March 7) the Pick-6 carryover starts at $1,403.04.
